Deer Camp Digital (“Deer Camp Digital,” “we,” “us”) builds websites, marketing programs and technology for ranch real estate, agriculture, hunting, fishing, conservation and outdoor businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through deercampdigital.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide. On our contact form that is your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address and the content of your message. We use it to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and follow up about our services. We do not sell this information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of those visits. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand which content is useful.
Analytics and similar technologies
We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used in aggregate - which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and how long they stay. Google Analytics sets its own identifiers in your browser. You can opt out across all sites using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by using your browser settings to block or clear site data.
Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which sets identifiers used for security, bot filtering and performance. These are necessary for the site to operate safely.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete stored site data. Doing so will not prevent you from using this site, though some conveniences may not work as expected.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate - our hosting provider, email provider, analytics provider, and the customer relationship tools we use to manage inquiries. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the security of our systems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Information we handle for our clients
As a marketing agency, we build and operate websites, advertising accounts and marketing systems on behalf of our clients. When we do, we handle information on that client’s instructions and under their own privacy policy - they are responsible for that data, not us. This policy covers only deercampdigital.com.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond, to maintain a record of our business relationship, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained on the schedule set in our Google Analytics property. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email. Depending on where you live - including Texas, California and other states with privacy statutes - you may have additional rights over your personal data. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site links to client work, social profiles and third-party resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
